I just read this article about the 25 Must Have Words for Toddlers. According to the article, a toddler should know these words by the time they turn two years old. This made me think how many words Elle can "say" now. A lot of the words she can't really say clearly yet (what can you expect, she's only 1 year old after all!) but according to her pediatrician, her vocabulary development is advanced than the average toddler her age. Her pedi said that normally, kids her age can say an average of 3-5 words at this age. Umm, Elle can say waay more words than?
Below are the words than Elle can "say" as of yet. There may be more but these are the only ones I can remember right now.
