Since I've been on staycation, I've been checking off things in my to do list. It has been a productive week. Since Thursday, I had been running errands, cleaned the house, and taken care of baby and other household-related stuff.
As far as nesting and baby preparation, I have checked off the following:
- Pre-registered at the hospital so we do not need to fill out any forms when we get there
- Packed my hospital bag; Daddy Jarbs also has his bag packed and already in the car. He also packed a cooler filled with snacks. Yep, he's scared that he'll starve in the 2 days (i hope) that we're there lol.
- Washed (some) Baby Jarbs' clothes, blankets, socks, mittens, crib sheets
- Prepped & washed the cloth diapers
- Went to Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby to buy some must have baby essentials
- Finalized and made arrangements with pediatrician
- Met with priest and booked church for Baby Jarbs' christening
We only need to have the car seat installed and hang up the wall prints in the nursery and we're ready for you Baby Jarbs! :-)
